Norwood Public Library

The mission of the Norwood Public Library is to assure effective, expanding free library services for the residents of the Library District through educational, informational, and cultural resources and activities.

North Country Children's Museum

NCCM operates as a Museum Without Walls and presents a range of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) programs for children 13 and under and their families

Massena Public Library

The Massena Public Library offers programs for children, literacy, public computers, wifi as well as other free services.

Heuvulton Library

The Heuvulton Library provides programs for children, literacy workshops, public computers, public wifi, as well as other free services.

Hermon Library

The Hermon Library offers programs for children, literacy, public computers, wifi, as well as other free services.

Hammond Free Library

The Hammond Free Library offers a variety of services including summer reading programs, story time, technology workshops, access to printing, public computers, public Wifi, as well as the ability to take-out DVD's and videos in addition to books.

Canton Free Library

The Canton Free Library offers a multiplicity of programs including children's storytime, literacy programs, public computers, public wifi, a tool library, and writers groups. The library also hosts community events in the Paige Room, like yoga, and mindfulness activities.

Badenhausen Branch of Massena Library

The Badenhausen Branch of the Massena Library provides access to books, computers, free tutoring, interlibrary loans, and other resources. Can provide materials to patrons unable to visit their local library (including those in county jails and correctional facilities) through their Outreach program.
