Massena Free Clinic for Adults

The Massena Free Clinic for Adults is open every Thursday from 2-5 pm, and recipients must be at least 19 years old. In order to recieve care, one must provide their most recent copy of W-2. Individual's must call to create an appointment on Thursdays after 9 am.

Kids Korner (Health Clinic)

The Kids Korner Health Clinic provides health care for children as young as newborn all the way until they are 18. The Clinnic is open Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm, and accepts most insurances.

American Red Cross Morrisonville

This North Country Chapter of the American Red Cross helps provide relief for disaster victims, health and safety training, support for members of the military and a safe and stable blood supply to people in the surrounding counties. The Red Cross will provide immediate care - usually first 3 days for individuals who have experienced a disaster; home fire, flood. They will provide and install smoke alarms for anyone who requests them. You do not need a state issued ID in order to obtain resources.

Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center

Claxton-Hepburn Medical Center is a private, not-for-profit, 130-bed community hospital and regional referral center. Claxton-Hepburn includes 67 acute-care beds, a 10-bed intensive care unit, a 10-bed birthing center, a 28-bed mental health center and a 15-bed acute rehabilitation unit. Claxton-Heburn Medical Center is open 24/7.

United Helpers

The United Helpers organization operates more than 25 retirement communities, nursing homes, and health care centers throughout St. Lawrence County, New York. It offers case management and intensive support services to mentally ill patients. It also provides a variety of home support services, such as housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care and transportation. The Canton-Potsdam Hospital is a not-for-profit community healthcare facility certified for 94 beds. Its core programs in emergency medicine, acute care, hospitalist medicine, and critical care are supplemented by outpatient health services.

St. Lawrence Valley Renewal House

The St. Lawrence Valley Renewal House is an empowering resource for survivors and families of domestic violence and sexual assault. The Renewal House has a 24/7 hotline as well as resources in their center. Office hours are 8am-5pm. The Renewal House's services are free and confidential for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. There is an intake process for a residential stay and the stay may be up to 180 days. Non-residential stays can last as long as one needs assistance for. Clients are required to present a valid ID for both residential and non-residential visits.
